Running is an area of my life that I have dedicated a heavy amount of time to. Not only do I enjoy the mental challenges and physical demands of the sport, but I have also been fascinated in the science behind it. Through lots of trial and error in my own journey, consistent work with my own coaches, and continual education, I can help you grow as a runner without the injuries & headaches of trying to figure everything out on your own.
I regularly get a lot of questions around how to properly plan and prep for a race, what nutrition looks like for running (pre, intra, and post run), staying injury free or rehabbing an injury, strength training to support running, and best practices for recovery.
