16 Week Marathon Prep Program (Beginner-Intermediate)
This race prep program includes 16 weeks' worth of runs. Each week consists of 4 runs per week, with a combination of base, hill, and tempo runs. Also included is the suggested RPE/Heart Rate Zones. The PDF is form fillable, allowing you to record you results. Good luck on your race, I'm here to assist further if you need!
